Lights are on the restaurant. People are seen having dinner from the outside.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL'S - DINING ROOM - NIGHT

The restaurant is full of people. Chris is sitting at the bar. Melinda is inside the bar. Both are talking.

CHRIS

--- It can't be that bad!

Melinda shoots him a look.

MELINDA

It can't be that bad? Are you kidding me, Chris?

Chris knows she's right.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

They barely talk.

Melinda starts imitating someone.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

'Can you pass me the sugar, please?', 'Can you pass me the juice?'.

Melinda sighs.

CHRIS

Well, at least they have breakfast together.

MELINDA

Only when I'm in. I call them to join me.

CHRIS

You can't push the situation, Mel.

MELINDA

Easy for you to speak. You don't live in that house.

CHRIS

At least he's back.

MELINDA

But it's like they're strangers.

Chris has a sip of his drink.

CHRIS

Let's give them time.

They look at each other serious. An employee comes close.

EMPLOYEE

Mel, the chef is asking for you.

Melinda shoots the girl a look.

MELINDA

Again?

EMPLOYEE

He needs your opinion.

Melinda nods to the girl. She walks away.

CHRIS

Is that the new chef?

MELINDA

Yeah. We'll have a wedding proposal reception tomorrow and he's changed the menu like a thousand times.

Chris smiles.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

Let me see what he wants now.

Chris nods. Melinda enters the kitchen.

CUT TO:

EXT. MELISSA'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

A tall building. Almost all the lights are off.

CUT TO:

INT. MELISSA'S APARTMENT - KITCHEN - NIGHT

Lights are off. The moonlight enters through the kitchen window. Melissa comes in by the back door and puts some bags on the table. She seems tired. She puts her suitcase on the table and heads towards the fridge without turning on the lights. Stops. A noise is heard from inside the apartment. She looks around. Another noise. Seems like something breaking. Melissa starts feeling frightened. Another noise. There's definitely someone inside the place. Melissa heads noiseless towards the table and takes her phone from her purse. She starts dialing a number. Soon, someone answers.

MELISSA

(whispering; on the phone)

Wyatt, I think someone is in my apartment.

Melissa seems scared.

CUT TO:

INT. MELISSA APARTMENT - BEDROOM - NIGHT

The room is upside down. Lots of things are on the floor. It seems like if someone was looking for something.

CLOSE UP: NIGHT TABLE.

Ignatius is there looking for something inside the drawer. He closes it. Nothing. Stops. He seems like he just felt something.

IGNATIUS

I'll be back.

Ignatius FLAMES out.

Various shoots of the town at the sound of 'Freeze You Out' by Sia.

CUT TO:

EXT. MELISSA'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

The facade of the building is shown.

MUSIC FADES OFF.

CUT TO:

INT. MELISSA'S APARTMENT - LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

The place is a complete mess. There are items on the floor. Looks like if someone threw them. The sofa's pillows won't do as pillows any longer. Feathers are all over the place. Well, the whole place looks like if someone was trying to find something and to do so, messed up the whole place.

Melissa is sitting on the couch. She's covering her face with her hands. Wyatt stands before her. Chris comes in.

CHRIS

The bedroom is a mess as well.

Melissa uncovers her face.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

The magazine came out two days ago. Do you guys think the Mayor has sent someone to frighten?

WYATT

He wouldn't do that. He knows we exposed him once. We can do it again.

CHRIS

Yeah, Wyatt, but he is a powerful man.

WYATT

And he is under investigation now. We had very strong proof.

Melissa stands. She looks worried.

MELISSA

This wasn't the Mayor's doing.

Wyatt and Chris look at Melissa.

WYATT

How are you sure?

Melissa thinks for a while before talking.

MELISSA

There's something I didn't tell you about my father's death.

Wyatt and Chris exchange glances.

WYATT

There's more apart from him being killed by a demon?

MELISSA

Yes.

(pauses)

I know you guys find it hard to believe.

WYATT

It's not that, Melissa ---

MELISSA

(cuts him off)

Yes, it is.

Melissa is really serious. She takes a deep breath.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

It was a demon. I know it was. He wanted something. Something my father had.

Melissa turns around.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

He gave it to me then. He asked me to keep it safe.

(faces them)

And not give it to anyone.

CHRIS

What did he give you?

MELISSA

I don't know exactly what it is. It seems like a medallion. But I don't know exactly what it is for.

(pauses)

I tried to find something about it, but there was nothing.

WYATT

Where is it?

MELISSA

I did what my father asked. I kept it safe.

WYATT

So, by safe, I think you don't keep it here?

Melissa nods no.

MELISSA

No, but whoever is looking for it has found me.

CHRIS

Can you take us to it?

Melissa looks at them.

MELISSA

The medallion?

Chris nods yes.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

I don't think ---

CHRIS

Melissa, you came to us for help. I think it's time for us to help you.

WYATT

But for us to do that, we're gonna need to see that medallion.

Melissa stares at them seriously.

CUT TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - DAY

A new day has already started.

CUT TO:

EXT. HALLIWELL MANOR - DAY

STOCK.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - KITCHEN - DAY

Melinda is there sitting at the table reading the newspaper and having coffee. She seems relaxed. Prue comes into the kitchen.

PRUE

Morning!

MELINDA

(joyful)

Hey, good morning, sister!

Melinda takes her eyes of the newspaper. Prue heads towards the coffee machine.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

Slept well?

Prue puts some coffee in a cup.

PRUE

Not exactly.

MELINDA

It doesn't seem like you sleeping till this late. You're a morning person.

PRUE

I'm more like a night person. I've been having weird dreams.

Melinda puts the newspaper on the table. Prue has a sip of her coffee.

MELINDA

What kind of dreams?

PRUE

The kind of nightmare dreams.

MELINDA

No, I mean, should we be worried?

PRUE

No. we shouldn't. Now, I should because I need my beauty sleep every night.

MELINDA

Well, maybe it's because you're not used to sleeping alone.

Melinda shrugs.

PRUE

Nice try.

MELINDA

You can't blame a sister for trying.

Prue has another sip of her coffee.

PRUE

Has he already left for work?

MELINDA

No. Bianca called. She said that Wyatt and Chris were into something.

PRUE

What something?

MELINDA

She didn't say.

Prue puts the cup on the sink.

PRUE

I gotta go to work.

Prue heads towards the exit. Melinda calls her.

MELINDA

Prue?

Prue turns around and faces her.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

You still are the fairest of them all.

Prue rolls her eyes. Melinda laughs. Prue leaves.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

So funny to mess with her.

CUT TO:

EXT. WHITMORE MANSION - DAY

STOCK.

CUT TO:

INT. WHITMORE MANSION - OFFICE - DAY

Sebastian is on the phone with someone.

SEBASTIAN

(interested)

Are you sure that's her address?

He listens. Then, Sebastian takes a piece of paper and a pen and starts scribbling something.

SEBASTIAN (CONT'D)

Got it.

Sebastian hangs off the phone. Tamora comes in.

TAMORA

Hey!

SEBASTIAN

Hey, Tam.

TAMORA

I just came to tell you that things are almost ready for the exhibition.

SEBASTIAN

(smiles)

I'm glad.

TAMORA

Do you want to come and see how things are going?

SEBASTIAN

I'd love to ---

TAMORA

But?

Sebastian seems like interested in something else.

SEBASTIAN

I have someone to meet.

TAMORA

(disappointed)

Oh. A woman?

Tamora is really curious. Sebastian smiles.

SEBASTIAN

Are you jealous, Miss Mitchell?

TAMORA

Are we back to the last name basis, Mr. Whitmore?

Both stare at each other. It seems like their feelings are beyond professional.

SEBASTIAN

Tam, I really enjoy your company and I'm really glad that we got the chance to spend the last few days together.

TAMORA

But?

SEBASTIAN

No, no buts. I love it and I sure want this to become more than business or a friendship.

Tamora smiles.

SEBASTIAN (CONT'D)

I just need to do something first. But I promise you that tonight I'm gonna take you on a date.

TAMORA

A date?

SEBASTIAN

An official date.

Tamora smiles. Sebastian approaches her and kisses her in the check.

SEBASTIAN (CONT'D)

See you tonight, Miss Mitchell.

Tamora smiles again. She seems like she's feeling something for him. Sebastian heads out while Tamora looks at him.

CUT TO:

EXT. SAN QUENTIN STATE PRISON - DAY

Junior and Olivia Clark are waiting outside the prison. Olivia seems calmer while Junior seems nervous. Junior glances at her. It seems like he wants to say something.

JUNIOR

I never thought you'd do it.

Olivia glances at him and smiles.

OLIVIA

You doubt I could?

JUNIOR

No, I doubt he could come out. After all, he did.

OLIVIA

He is your father, Inspector Mitchell. You should have more faith.

JUNIOR

Junior, everybody calls me Junior.

Olivia smiles. She looks at him. Soon, the prison doors open and someone comes out of it: it's CHRISTOPHER MERCER.

OLIVIA

There he is.

Christopher approaches them.

OLIVIA (CONT'D)

(smiles big)

A free man.

Olivia and Christopher shake hands.

CHRISTOPHER

I owe it to you, Dr. Clark.

OLIVIA

I only did my job.

Christopher turns to Junior.

CHRISTOPHER

(happy)

Son!

Christopher approaches his son and hugs him. Junior is kinda awkward with it. Soon, both separate.

CHRISTOPHER (CONT'D)

I can wait to start this new life.

JUNIOR

Let's hope you don't screw it.

Olivia shoots Junior a look. Junior feels her eyes on him. He takes a deep breath.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

(to Christopher)

I mean, you don't want to get back in, right?

Christopher glances from Olivia to Junior.

CHRISTOPHER

I promise you, son, I won't disappoint you.

Junior forces a smile. Christopher and Olivia smile.

CUT TO:

INT. NATIONAL BANK - SAFE ROOM - DAY

CLOSE UP: SOMEONE TAKES OFF AN IRON BOX AND PLACES IT ON A TABLE.

Melissa looks at the box. Wyatt and Chris stand next to her.

CHRIS

You keep it in a bank safe?

MELISSA

For us mortals, this is the place where we keep our valuable things.

Wyatt and Chris exchange glances. Melissa opens the box with a small key. She opens the box lid.

Wyatt and Chris look serious at what's inside. Melissa stares at it.

CLOSE UP: ANCIENT GOLD MEDALLION WITH A RED STONE IN THE CENTER.

The medallion is made of old gold. There's no doubt it is really ancient. Like zillions of years ancient.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

Here it is. The medallion my father asked me to protect.

WYATT

I never saw it before.

MELISSA

Like I told you, I never found anything about it.

Chris reaches out his hand to take it. Melissa shoots him a look. Chris stops.

CHRIS

Can I?

Melissa nods. Chris takes the medallion and looks at it, head and tail.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

It looks old.

WYATT

Let me see it.

Chris hands it to Wyatt. Wyatt takes it.

CLOSE UP: WYATT HOLDING THE MEDALLION.

As soon as Wyatt takes the medallion, he feels a weird sensation running over his body. Wyatt's expression can't hide it.

MELISSA

(to Wyatt)

Are you OK?

Wyatt holds the medallion in his hand. He looks at Melissa and Chris.

WYATT

A chill. It was just a chill.

CHRIS

That happened when you held it.

WYATT

(serious)

It was just a chill, Chris.

Wyatt gives another look at the medallion.

WYATT (CONT'D)

We should go to the manor. Maybe we find something in the book of Shadows.

MELISSA

Wait. Are you taking the medallion out of here?

WYATT

Melissa, we need to find out who's after this.

CHRIS

Are you sure we should go to the manor?

Wyatt and Chris stare at each other for seconds.

WYATT

That's where the book is, Chris.

Chris knows it.

WYATT (CONT'D)

Besides, that's where we can protect Melissa. We are stronger there, remember?

CHRIS

Oh, yes, I remember.

WYATT

Then, let's go.

Wyatt heads out holding the medallion. Melissa shoots Chris a look.

MELISSA

I'm not afraid of her, Chris.

Melissa heads out too.

CHRIS

(to himself)

I'm not afraid of her either. I'm afraid of what this can cause.

Chris shakes his head and heads out.

CUT TO BLACK.

END OF ACT ONE

ACT TWO

FADE IN:

INT. BUILDING - EXT. MELISSA'S APARTMENT - CORRIDOR - DAY

CLOSE UP: ELEVATOR'S DOOR OPENING. SEBASTIAN IS THERE.

Sebastian comes out the elevator. He walks towards one of the apartments. He takes a deep breath and then knocks the door. No one answers. He knocks again. Nothing. Sebastian looks around. No one there. He takes his hands towards his pants pockets and takes out a pair of hairpins. He looks around once more. Then he starts using the hairpins to open the door. He doesn't seem like the type of person who knows how to use a pair of hairpins to open doors, but he is able to do it. Seconds later, the door opens.

Sebastian pushes the door and it opens. Sebastian walks in.

CUT TO:

INT. MELISSA'S APARTMENT - LIVING ROOM - DAY

The place is still a mess. Sebastian comes in and looks around. He seems astonished about what he sees.

SEBASTIAN

What happened here?

He walks around.

CLOSE UP: FRAME ON THE FLOOR. SEBASTIAN'S FEET.

Sebastian stops close to the frame. He lowers down and takes the frame. He looks at it. In the photo are a man and his ten years old daughter. He looks at the picture for seconds. Then Sebastian stands and puts the frame on a side table.

Sebastian glances around once more. He seems worried.

SEBASTIAN (CONT'D)

Where are you, Melissa?

He leaves the room.

CUT TO:

INT. UNDERWORLD - ORACLE CAVE - DAY

The Oracle is next to the table with her crystal ball. Ignatius comes in followed by Tyree. Ignatius seems mad.

IGNATIUS

You told me she had the medallion.

The Oracle turns to face them.

IGNATIUS (CONT'D)

There was nothing in there.

ORACLE

She has it.

IGNATIUS

I searched the place myself.

Ignatius looks at Tyree.

IGNATIUS (CONT'D)

I didn't trust anyone else to do it.

(to the Oracle)

And it wasn't there.

The Oracle turns around.

ORACLE

Maybe she keeps it somewhere.

IGNATIUS

Where?

ORACLE

I don't know.

IGNATIUS

You are an Oracle.

ORACLE

Exactly. You may want to look for a Seer.

IGNATIUS

(threatening)

Maybe I will, and in that case, you'll have no use for me.

The Oracle faces him.

ORACLE

You should keep an eye on her. If you do, she may take you to it.

IGNATIUS

Is that the best you can do?

Both stare at each other. Ignatius turns to Tyree.

IGNATIUS (CONT'D)

Keep an eye on the house, boy. Something tells me they'll protect her.

Tyree nods yes.

TYREE

Sure, boss.

Tyree SHIMMERS out. Then Ignatius faces the Oracle.

IGNATIUS

Now about the book ---

ORACLE

It's in his house. That I can assure you.

Both stare seriously at each other.

CUT TO:

INT. APARTMENT - ENTRANCE / LIVING ROOM - DAY

This is a small place. Its furniture is not modern and it seems like it needs some works in there.

The front door opens. Christopher, Junior and Olivia come in. They look around. Olivia closes the door.

JUNIOR

So this is it?

Christopher looks at Junior.

CHRISTOPHER

Not a nice place, but it's all I have now.

Christopher walks around.

CHRISTOPHER (CONT'D)

Life goes around. I was born in a golden crib and now ---

(pauses)

--- Now the only thing I have is a small flat that is the only thing left from my father's legacy.

JUNIOR

Well, at least you're alive. He died in jail.

CHRISTOPHER

(blue)

True. He didn't even last a year after we were caught. The jail was my father's undoing.

JUNIOR

We only reap what we sow.

Christopher and Olivia look at Junior.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

I'm sorry I ---

CHRISTOPHER

No, son. You're right. I got into my father's business. I could have taken my own decision and the only one I took was to follow my father's steps.

OLIVIA

You paid for it already, Mr. Mercer.

CHRISTOPHER

Yes, I did.

Christopher looks at Junior.

CHRISTOPHER (CONT'D)

Live has given me a second chance and I'm gonna take it.

Junior looks serious at Christopher.

CHRISTOPHER (CONT'D)

I'm gonna prove you, son, that I'm a new man.

Christopher smiles as he is sure of what he's saying.

CHRISTOPHER (CONT'D)

The first thing to do is finding a job. With the money, I can repair this place and make it feel more like a home.

JUNIOR

That's not gonna be easy, you know?

Olivia shoots Junior a look.

OLIVIA

Nothing that's worth comes easily.

Junior deviates his look from Olivia.

OLIVIA (CONT'D)

(to Christopher)

I'm sure you'll find something soon.

Christopher smiles.

CHRISTOPHER

Thank you for your support, Dr. Clark.

OLIVIA

You don't have to thank me, Mr. Mercer. I'll help in what I can.

(pauses)

Well, now I have to leave you. I have other cases to take care of.

CHRISTOPHER

Thank you again.

Olivia smiles and heads out. Christopher and Junior look at her leaving.

CUT TO:

INT. BUILDING - STAIRCASE - DAY

Olivia comes downstairs. Junior rushes to reach her.

JUNIOR

Dr. Clark. Dr. Clark!

Olivia stops.

OLIVIA

(surprised)

Inspector Mitchell!

Junior approaches her.

OLIVIA (CONT'D)

What happened?

JUNIOR

Oh, nothing.

Olivia stares at him. Junior smiles.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

I just wanted to thank you.

OLIVIA

I thought you weren't happy for him.

JUNIOR

I am.

Olivia shoots him an 'I don't believe it' look.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

It's just that this situation is new for me.

OLIVIA

You've known him for a year or so. It's not exactly new.

JUNIOR

He was inside a jail till now. It's different.

OLIVIA

Give him a chance.

Olivia approaches him and puts a hand on his right shoulder.

OLIVIA (CONT'D)

We all make mistakes and we all deserve second chances.

(smiles)

I'm sure you two can get along.

Junior smiles. Both share a look.

JUNIOR

Thank you, Olivia.

OLIVIA

(smiles big)

Thank you, Junior.

Both smiles to each other. Then Olivia keeps her way downstairs. Junior smiles.

CUT TO:

EXT. WHITMORE MANSION - DAY

STOCK.

CUT TO:

INT. WHITMORE MANSION - OFFICE - DAY

Sebastian comes quickly inside the office. He's on the phone.

SEBASTIAN

(mad)

--- A whole mess. It was a whole mess. 

(listens)

No, she wasn't there.

(pauses)

You have to find her. Quickly.

Sebastian hangs off the phone. He is worried. He sits at his desk and tries to calm down. Then, he looks at something on his desk.

CLOSE UP: MIRROR'S MAGAZINE. ON THE COVER A MAN AND THE TITLE: SF MAYOR FILLS HIS OWN POCKETS.

Sebastian looks at the magazine for seconds. Then he takes it and flips through it. He stops at a page and starts reading. Soon, his eyes pop open.

SEBASTIAN (CONT'D)

(surprised)

It can't be.

CLOSE UP: ARTICLE PAGE. UNDER THE PHOTO THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE ARTICLE.

BY MELISSA COOPER

Sebastian is astonished.

SEBASTIAN (CONT'D)

I found her!

He smiles.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - FIRST FLOOR CORRIDOR - DAY

Prue comes walking and talking on the phone. She stops close to her bedroom.

PRUE

(on the phone)

--- I'm off today. I really need to rest. I can't focus on the job.

She seems really tired.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL'S - DINNING ROOM - DAY

There are no customers in there, only employees putting the tables ready for dinner. Melinda is at the counter. She's on the phone.

MELINDA

You did well in going home. Those nightmares are really affecting you.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - FIRST FLOOR CORRIDOR - DAY

Prue leans against the wall.

PRUE

Indeed, they are. I'm not Supergirl. I'm not made of iron.

MELINDA (O.S.)

Yeah, you're the Superwitch.

PRUE

(smiles)

Not feeling exactly like one right now.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL'S - DINNING ROOM - DAY

Melinda is astonished.

MELINDA

Wow, what? Did I hear you saying that you have a weakness, Mrs. Halliwell? It was about time you stop pretending nothing can get you.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - FIRST FLOOR CORRIDOR - DAY

Prue takes a deep breath.

PRUE

Well, that's the way I have to protect myself.

MELINDA (O.S.)

Letting others protect us is not weakness, Prue.

Prue stays silent for seconds.

MELINDA (O.S.) (CONT'D)

Go to rest, sister.

PRUE

Thank you, sister.

Melinda is heard smiling on the other side. Prue hangs off the phone. She opens her bedroom door and is about to go in, but some voices are heard from the attic. Prue grimaces. She closes the bedroom door and heads to the attic.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - ATTIC - DAY

Wyatt, Chris and Melissa are there. Wyatt is flipping through the Book of Shadows while Chris looks at the medallion on his hands. Melissa looks at Wyatt and the book from far.

CHRIS

We've been searching for hours.

WYATT

There's nothing here.

MELISSA

So, that book ---

Wyatt looks at her.

WYATT

Doesn't bite.

MELISSA

Oh, I know.

Melissa shoots him a look. Wyatt smiles. Chris glances from Wyatt to Melissa. Wyatt gets back to the book. At that moment, Prue comes in.

PRUE

Hey, what's going ---

And she sees Melissa.

PRUE (CONT'D)

--- On?

(serious)

What is she doing here?

Prue points to Melissa. Wyatt and Chris exchange glances. Prue and Melissa stare at each other.

CUT TO BLACK.

ACT THREE

FADE IN:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - SUNSET

The sun starts to set.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - ATTIC - SUNSET (MOMENTS LATER)

Wyatt, Chris, Prue and Melissa are still there. Prue is still waiting for an answer.

WYATT

Melissa needs protection and we brought her here.

(serious at Prue)

This is my house.

PRUE

(serious)

Well, this is my house too.

Wyatt is about to answer, but Chris steps in front of Prue.

CHRIS

Melissa was attacked. Well, not exactly.

Prue shoots Chris a look.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

Someone broke into her house.

PRUE

Prue forces a smile.

PRUE

MELISSA

(to Wyatt and Chris)

She doesn't know?

WYATT

Yes, she knows. I told her. Maybe she was too interested in somebody else to listen.

PRUE

(mad; to Wyatt)

Oh, you mean about her father being killed by a demon?

Wyatt looks serious at her. Prue smiles. Chris rolls his eyes.

PRUE (CONT'D)

I heard. I just don't believe it.

MELISSA

But it's true.

Prue stares at Melissa.

PRUE

Let's see if it's true.

Prue approaches Melissa.

MELISSA

What are you doing?

PRUE

(decided)

Seeing for myself.

Prue puts a hand on Melissa's arm. That when the so familiar sensation of a premonition gets inside her head.

FLASHES TO:

INT. COOPER'S OLD FAMILY HOUSE - BEDROOM - NIGHT (18 YEARS AGO)

The room is dark. A man, Elliot Cooper, comes holding a box and the hand of his ten years old daughter: Melissa. The man seems desperate. The girl wears her pajamas. Elliot closes the door. He lowers to her daughter level.

YOUNG MELISSA

Daddy, what's going on?

ELLIOT

It's OK, sweetie. You'll be OK.

Elliot hands the box to her child.

ELLIOT (CONT'D)

Take this, Issa. You need to keep it safe.

YOUNG MELISSA

What is it, daddy?

ELLIOT

Something that cannot get into the wrong hands.

Young Melissa takes the box.

ELLIOT (CONT'D)

Now, get into the closet and be silent. Don't leave until is safe. Do you understand?

Melissa nods yes. The man seems really desperate and scared.

YOUNG MELISSA

I'm scared, daddy.

ELLIOT

Don't need to be, sweetie.

He hugs her daughter.

ELLIOT (CONT'D)

You need to be strong.

Elliot kisses his daughter forehead.

ELLIOT (CONT'D)

Now get into the closet.

Melissa gets into the closet. Elliot closes the door. From inside the closet the girl sees all that happens next.

A demon FLAMES in. BEAT. It's Ignatius. Elliot looks at him.

IGNATIUS

Where is it?

ELLIOT

You'll never have it. You won't find it.

IGNATIUS

I'm giving you a last chance.

Ignatius creates a FIREBALL. Elliot seems frightened, but doesn't give in.

ELLIOT

You might kill me, but won't have it.

IGNATIUS

I'll find it. With or without you.

Ignatius throws the fireball towards Elliot. The man is hit and is thrown against the night table. Melissa screams in silence as she sees it all.

The premonition ends.

FLASHES BACK TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - ATTIC - NIGHT

Prue gets back from the premonition. She opens her eyes. She's astonished. She let's go of Melissa. Melissa is astonished looking at Prue. Prue looks at Melissa little by little.

PRUE

(astonished)

I'm so sorry.

Melissa looks at Wyatt.

WYATT

(to Prue)

What did you see?

Prue looks at Wyatt.

MELISSA

(to Wyatt)

What did you mean she saw?

PRUE

(still shaken)

Her father's death.

MELISSA

(surprised)

What?

(to Wyatt and Chris)

What?

CHRIS

Prue is a Claryboyant.

MELISSA

(sarcastic)

That explains a lot.

WYATT

(to Prue)

How did he die?

PRUE

(shaken)

A demon.

Prue looks at Melissa.

PRUE (CONT'D)

(to Melissa)

Melissa lowers her gaze.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Melissa looks at Prue.

PRUE (CONT'D)

The thing he asked you to keep safe. Where is it?

Melissa looks at Wyatt and Chris.

CHRIS

Chris takes the medallion from the table and shows it to Prue. Prue approaches Chris, looking at the medallion.

PRUE

(serious)

What is it?

CHRIS

We don't know. Some kind of medallion.

WYATT

It's not in the book.

Prue approaches her hand little by little as if she was afraid of touching it. Prue looks at Chris. Chris nods and hands the medallion to Prue. Wyatt and Melissa watch it all. Prue takes the medallion in her hands.

As she touches the medallion, she feels another premonition entering her mind.

FLASHES TO:

INT. DARK PLACE

The place is really dark and the area is surrounded by what looks like fog, dark fog. Prue is in the middle. She looks around.

PRUE

(aloud)

Hello!

She seems desperate. No one answers.

PRUE (CONT'D)

(aloud)

Hello!

A chill runs over her body. A soft breeze surrounds her while whispering:

'I'm coming'

Prue looks around. She's afraid.

FLASHES BACK TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - ATTIC - NIGHT

Prue is pulled back from the premonition. She opens her hands and the medallion falls down the floor.

CLOSE UP: MEDALLION FALLING ON THE FLOOR.

Prue is as white as whitewash. Wyatt and Chris look astonished to her. She is shaken.

WYATT

(approaching her; worried)

What happened?

Chris takes the medallion from the floor. Prue looks at Wyatt.

WYATT (CONT'D)

What did you see?

Prue is really shaken and it seems like words don't come out easily. Wyatt holds her hands.

WYATT (CONT'D)

Prue?

PRUE

Darkness!

Wyatt and Chris exchange glances. Melissa understands nothing.

WYATT

(serious; at Prue)

What?

PRUE

(steps back)

I saw nothing, but darkness.

CHRIS

Are you saying that when you touched this ---

Chris extends the hand that holds the medallion. Prue looks at the medallion with fear in her eyes.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

--- You saw darkness?

Prue nods yes nervously.

PRUE

It's coming.

Wyatt and Chris exchange glances.

PRUE (CONT'D)

You have to destroy that thing.

Prue points to the medallion. Melissa steps between Prue and Chris.

MELISSA

No way. It's the only thing left from my father.

Prue looks straight to Wyatt.

PRUE

(to Wyatt)

You have to.

Wyatt looks serious at Prue.

PRUE (CONT'D)

(to Wyatt)

Destroy it!

Prue turns around and leaves the attic as fast as she can. Melissa turns to Wyatt and Chris.

MELISSA

She's kidding, right?

Wyatt and Chris look at each other, worried. Chris closes his fist around the medallion.

CLOSE UP: CHRIS CLOSING HIS FIST AROUND THE MEDALLION.

Both Wyatt and Chris seem worried.

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - WYATT / PRUE'S BEDROOM - NIGHT

Lights are off. Prue comes in fast and turns on the candle's light. She seems really nervous. Prue sits on the bed. She's breathing fast. Tries to calm down. Breaths in. breaths out. Breaths in. Breaths out. She starts calming down, not entirely but still.
Prue takes a deep breath, closes her eyes and ---

PRUE

I need to talk to you ---

(pauses)

Behind her, RAINA, the head of the Shadow Witches, BLACK SMOKES in.

RAINA

I thought you'd never call.

Prue turns around and both face each other.

AN AERIAL VIEW OVER THE CITY.

Some lights are on.

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - WYATT / PRUE'S BEDROOM - NIGHT

Prue and Raina stand facing each other.

RAINA

I felt you were needing me, but I didn't want to come without you asking for it.

Prue rushes to Raina and hugs her. Raina is surprised for that. Raina smiles. Then, Prue steps back.

PRUE

RAINA

Don't. You might not be an active Shadow, but we are still sisters.

Prue seems worried. Raina notices it.

RAINA (CONT'D)

Raina gives her back on Prue. She knows something.

Raina turns to face Prue.

Raina takes a deep breath.

At the beginning, when we the Shadows were chosen and given our powers, we heard stories from before.

PRUE

RAINA

(assuring)

That medallion and the word darkness reminds me of a story.

Raina walks around while talking. Prue pays attention to what Raina is saying.

RAINA (CONT'D)

We heard of a great evil that could put at risk all we know if it wasn't stopped.

PRUE

RAINA

They referred to it as Darkness.

(pauses)

I don't know if it was someone or something. They just called it that.

PRUE

(curious)

What else?

RAINA

(turns around)

That someone or something was locked down before it accomplished its plans.

PRUE

Raina turns to face Prue.

RAINA

(serious)

By Angels.

At first, Prue doesn't react at the word, but seconds later it hits her.

PRUE

RAINA

Prue stares seriously at Raina for seconds.

RAINA

(cuts them off)

Prue is astonished.

RAINA

It admires me that you ask that. Of course, they're real. They are at the top of the Angels' hierarchy.

What matters, Prue, is that Darkness can't be released.

PRUE

Something tells me that the medallion is the key to unlocked it.

Raina is serious, like if she knows something else. Prue notices it.

RAINA

That medallion would only unlock it with blood.

PRUE

RAINA

Raina approaches Prue.

The room is full of people. Some employees are serving tables. Melinda walks to a corner talking on the phone. She seems mad.

MELINDA

(on the phone)

Melinda heads into the bar while Junior sits at it. Damon heads into the bar and takes an apron. Damon puts the apron on.

DAMON

JUNIOR

Anything. I'm hungry.

MELINDA

No one at home to cook for you?

JUNIOR

Pan is on another date while Tam is on a ---

MELINDA

Melinda puts an individual tablecloth and cutlery in front of Junior. Junior looks around.

JUNIOR

Wyatt and Chris are on a corner whispering while Melissa looks at them from the opposite side of the room.

The door opens. Melissa comes out of the house in a rush. She comes downstairs quickly.

Melissa walks as fast as she can. She doesn't realize that someone walks fast behind her: Tyree. Tyree gets even closer. Soon, she feels she's not alone. Melissa stops. Tyree stops. Melissa turns around little by little. She and Tyree face each other. Melissa steps back.

Tyree smiles wickedly. Melissa tries to show courage and not fear.

I need to take you somewhere.

Tyree approaches Melissa. She tries to walk away, but Tyree is fast and holds her arm. Soon, he FADES out taking Melissa.

WYATT

The lights are off. Prue is standing by the window. Melinda comes in and looks around. She sees Prue by the window.

Prue looks through the window.

Melinda closes the door.

Don't worry. They head to the Underworld with Damon. They'll find her.

Ignatius starts getting red. He approaches her and makes her stand.

Ignatius throws her against a wall. As she falls down the medallion rolls out the pocket of her jacket. Ignatius looks at it and smiles. Melissa looks at the medallion. She tries to run to get it, but Ignatius is faster and WAVES his hand and throws Melissa against another wall. Ignatius approaches the medallion and takes it in his hands. He smiles.

IGNATIUS (CONT'D)

(victorious)

It's mine at last.

TYREE

Great boss.

Melissa tries to stand, but she's hurt.

MELISSA

(in pain)

Don't!

Ignatius admires the medallion.

TYREE

What do we do with her, boss?

IGNATIUS

(smiles wickedly)

We send her to her daddy!

Ignatius approaches Melissa. The woman looks straight at Ignatius. Tears start running down her face. Ignatius creates a FIREBALL.

How ironic life is. You'll die the same way you father did.

Melissa cries.

WYATT (O.S.)

You'll go first.

Wyatt, Chris and Damon stand behind them. Tyree FADES out as soon as he sees them. Ignatius turns the FIREBALL off. Ignatius turns to face Wyatt, Chris and Damon.

IGNATIUS

Not yet.

Ignatius closes his eyes and soon four demons FADE in. He SUMMONED them. Ignatius smiles.

IGNATIUS (CONT'D)

We'll meet again.

Melissa tries to reach out Ignatius, but he FLAMES out. The demons are about to attack, but Wyatt with a single movement of his hands, using his ELECTROKINESIS at maximum powers, vanquishes the four demons. Chris and Damon exchange astonished glances. Wyatt seems powerful. The demons are in pain and soon they become nothing. Melissa looks at it all open-mouthed.

Wyatt approaches Melissa and helps her stand.

WYATT

(worried)

Are you OK?

Melissa nods yes.

MELISSA

He took the medallion.

Wyatt notices she needs some healing because she's bleeding.

WYATT

We need to heal that.

MELISSA

Let's take her somewhere safe.

Prue comes out of her bedroom and Wyatt comes in the corridor. They run into each other.

PRUE

WYATT

Both look serious at each other.

WYATT (CONT'D)

Before you ask, let me inform you that a demon took the medallion. The demon that killed Melissa's father.

Prue feels bad for it.

PRUE

Where is she?

WYATT

You are not gonna fight to her because she took it out of here.

PRUE

Where is she, Wyatt?

WYATT

I'm not asking. I'm warning you!

Prue and Wyatt look straight to each other.

PRUE

I just want to know if she's OK, Wyatt. If it was me and that was the only thing left from my father I would do the same.

Wyatt is surprised at it.

PRUE (CONT'D)

So, where is she?

WYATT

Safe. We took her Up There for a while.

PRUE

Good.

That said, Prue walks out while Wyatt watches her. Then, Wyatt takes a deep breath.

INT. UNDERWORLD - IGNATIUS CAVE - DAY

CLOSE UP: MEDALLION ON THE TABLE.

Ignatius stands in front of the table admiring the medallion. He smiles. Tyree is next to him.

TYREE

We got it, boss.

IGNATIUS

Indeed, we did. We are closer, boy. Closer.

TYREE

We just need to find the book, right?

IGNATIUS

(decided)

And we will. And as soon as I have it in my hands, I'll release Darkness upon World.

TYREE

Darkness, boss? Are demons safe with that Darkness ruling?

Ignatius turns to face Tyree.

IGNATIUS

Boy, we are on the right side.

Ignatius smiles wickedly.

Whatever is coming seems to bring great joy to him.
